ABOUT THE PADDLE:

Please join us for a last hooray paddle before fall sets in here in northeast Georgia.  Being on the Tugaloo River at sunset is a very special time. The water is tranquil and there is so much to see and explore.

This is a guided Tour led by Kelly Vickers, a local historian.

It's an easy paddle up river to the railway viaduct and then on to the Indian Mound. Along the way see and learn about the rich history of the area and what remains now from days gone by.

We will return to the Park at approximate 6:30pm for a cookout and more stories about the local history.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE :   Register early! Space is limited to 30 people.  To register, please email us. Kindly register by September 1, 2021.
